Table 9 presents the full results of the retailer assessment, based on the four criteria that make up the Supply Chain Control Index score:
- Voluntary submission of additional information: indicates whether the company responded to the Radar Verde survey questionnaire by providing supplementary data beyond the publicly available information. Represented as YES (blue) or NO (gray).
- Score for direct-supplier farms: the company’s level of control over the direct-supplier farms of the slaughterhouses.
- Score for indirect-supplier farms: the company’s level of control over indirect-supplier farms within the beef supply chain.
- Overall score: the consolidated result, calculated as the average performance across direct and indirect suppliers.
